Have you had a good look in your cupboards and drawers, finding all sorts of creams you do not use? So often I get ladies, gents and teenagers in for treatments who say they have brought products they never use for one reason or another and just pop it in a drawer or cupboard.

I am sure you have done it as I have.

I will never say:”throw it out”.

Please go through your products and only keep the products you can use now, (products do go out of date).

Here are some things you can do with them:

i.e. a face cream could be used up on your hands or feet instead of throwing it out, a scrub can also be used up on your hands, feet and body. A face cleanser can be used as a hand wash after gardening too, then you rinse it off with water. A mask (unless it is for dry skin) can also be used on your hands and feet when you are having a bath. Line these products up in your kitchen and family bathroom so the rest of the family can use them too and just tell them what they are for. Also you can take them on holiday with you.

Please have them somewhere where young children can not get hold of them though. Any products you were allergic to give away (a great way to recycle) or  throw away.

I can guarantee you will never use them otherwise and they will just be left in your drawers and cupboard for the next year.

Old perfumes can be used up as room sprays (keep it off furniture and wood).

It feels really good when you have a clear out.
