Galvanic Spa – Anti-Ageing Facials Aftercare Advice:

After a treatment you may experience after effects and could experience any of the following.

• nasal or throat congestion, incl. mucus discharge
• headache
• increased urination or bowel movement
• increased energy levels
• tingling in skin
• a metallic taste in the mouth (from amalgam fillings, only with the Galvanic facial)

You are advised to;

• drink plenty of water
• reduce caffeine, smoking and alcohol intake
• eat light meals
• take it east and not over-exert yourself

It is advisable to listen to your skin as when it needs another facial, you might feel it tighting, dry, greasy, don’t worry your skin will tell you when it needs another facial. It usually is between 4 to 8 weeks.
